First month rent $2,500 and $2,500 breakage/telephone deposit is payable upon signing the lease (breakage/telephone deposit will be refunded within 1 week of lease-end, minus any charges for telephone, breakage loss and/or exceptional cleaning). Subsequent rent is due and payable in advance by the 1st day of each month.

Parking garage is extra, either in building when available, or in neighbouring building. Current garage rates apply.
