Rental Policy


Weekly Rental rates:

For those such as writers and scholars who wish to rent for a 6 to 9 month period during the shoulder and entire low seasons, special rates are available upon request.

Heating is extra in the shoulder and low seasons.

 

Additional Information

• Reservation deposit: 25% of total rent due within 7 days of receiving rental contract.

• Remainder of rent due no later than 1 month prior to arrival date.

• Breakage deposit 1,000. This deposit will be returned (minus cost of telephone calls, any breakage and exceptional cleaning) within 2 weeks of the end of your stay.

• Linen included. The master bedroom and a second bedroom have king-size (or two twin) beds. Another has a double bed. The other two bedrooms have twin beds.

• No pets and no smokers please.

• Amenities: washer/dryer; 3 WCs; 1 shower; 1 bath; 2 bedrooms with sinks; central heating & hot water; telephone; fax; TV/DVD; wireless high-speed internet connection; electronic piano.

 

How to reserve

1. E-mail form to ascertain availability

2. To confirm reservation, return reservation contract with 25% of total rental (unrefundable within 2 months of reservation date).

2. Balance of payment and telephone/breakage/cleaning deposit are due 1 month prior to arrival date.

3. Upon receipt of the balance of payment, we will send you a set of keys, detailed information on how to reach the property, and other information about the property.

 

Other information

1. Arrival & Departure: Arrival between 4-6pm; departure by 10am. When there is no booking before your arrival, or immediately after your departure, alternative arrival and departure times may be arranged.

2. Telephone/Breakage/Cleaning Deposit: The deposit (1000.00) will be used to cover telephone charges, damage and/or any exceptional cleaning. We ask our guests to leave the property as clean as they received it. Should the house require exceptional cleaning, a suitable amount will be deducted from the deposit, after which the remainder will be returned.
