The grounds at Montebello has extensive mature flower beds and a wide expanse of lawn, trees, hedges, and woods on over two acres.

Upon entering the Tudor style home you are greeted by a wide entrance hall running from front to back. It opens onto a stone terrace overlooking the golf course. The large, bright living room has light streaming in on three sides, and a fireplace. A sunroom gives off the living room. The cross-hall dining room is another large, bright, room with windows on three sides. The country-style kitchen has an eating nook. There is a large ground floor guest suite with a queen-sized bed.

There are three bedrooms and a family room on the second floor. The master bedroom, with its ensuite bathroom has a king-sized bed, and a small balcony. The other two bedrooms (with a double bed, and a queen-sized bed) share a bathroom. The family room has windows on 3 sides, and a fireplace.

The house comes totally equipped from champagne glasses to bed linens. A caretaker resides in the basement suite.

This is one of the most luxurious of the former Seignory Club's mansions.
