Rental rates

Christmas/New Years - $5,000 (Thursday December 23, 2010 to Monday January 3, 2011)

Weekly rate $2,000.00
Monthly rate $6,000.00

Rental details

• Reservation deposit: 25% of total rent due within 7 days of receiving rental contract.

• Remainder of rent due no later than 1 month prior to arrival date.

• A breakage/long-distance telephone deposit equivalent to one-month's rent is required and due one month prior to arrival date. This deposit will be returned within 15 days of lease end, subject to deduction of a suitable amount for extraordinary cleaning, breakage replacement, and long-distance calls. It is preferred that guests use their own telephone card for all long-distance calls. We ask our guests to treat this home with respect, and upon departure, to leave it clean, and in the same condition as when they arrived.

How to reserve

1. Prospective guests will be asked to fill in an application form.

2. Upon reservation confirmation, 25% non-refundable deposit of the total rent is payable, along with a cheque for the remaining rent and security deposit dated 6 weeks prior to occupancy.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are accepted up to 6 weeks prior to occupancy date (NOTE: the 25% reservation deposit will not be refunded). Rent will not be refunded for cancellations received within the 6 weeks prior to occupancy.

Other information

• No pets and no smokers please.

• Amenities: air conditioning, heat, hot water; a generous supply of firewood; local telephone service, satellite TV; linens, table and kitchen ware.

• Maximum occupancy: 8 people (a family and friends or a group of responsible individuals)
