First month rent $3 000.00 and $3 000.00 breakage/telephone deposit is payable upon signing the lease (breakage/telephone deposit will be refunded within 30 days of lease-end, minus any charges for telephone, breakage loss and/or exceptional cleaning). Subsequent rent is due and payable in advance by the 1st day of each month.

Includes heat, hot water, & electricity. Telephone line charge, long distance, and other telephone charges are extra. It is suggested that a telephone card be used to make all long distance calls.

Garage is extra, either in building when available, or in neighbouring building. Current garage rates apply.
